Aircraft Paint & Polish

Our organisation is with Exterior/Interior paint of the aircraft. We use only the FAA approved paint & other material to execute the job. Ex.- PPG/Dupont.
The following is the process, we follow for Paint & Polish.

1. Removal of the existing pain with paint remover.
2. Washing with plain water.
3. Wasing with thinner.
4. Sanding.
5. Prime Coating.
6. Sanding.
7. Surface Coating.
8. Putty repair & sanding.
9. Final coat 2 Nos.
10. Marking & Put on required designs & Reg. No.
11. Buffing & Polishing.
